Welcome to the Mindset Website

Mindset was established in 2002 to provide creative and focussed, consultancy, coaching and training programmes in the field of culture change and organisational behaviour. We specialise in the facilitation and acceleration of individual and organisational development in order to help businesses align their culture with their strategic objectives. We currently have offices in the UK and Ireland.
